I love the design of this little tool and was looking forward to carrying it daily for years. However, the Phillips head broke the first time I put it through a slightly difficult task of screwing a 1/2" screw into mdf board. I've never had that happen with any other screwdriver. Not sure if I got a bad batch, but man it ruined my trust in the product. (The pry functionality especially)
Hello Braden, this is definitely not the experience I seek for any custom and I hope you can extend me the opportunity to make it right. While I strive to use the best materials available to me it is possible there are defects in the materials. I would be happy to replace the defective Rocket Tool and deeply apologize for the disappointment. Please reach out via you preferred method. I have never seen a single failure of the pry positions of the tool, o have however seen a handful of cases where the tip has failed under strained applications, I have addressed this by hand grinding the tip to improve it's mechanical leverage.
I appreciate your feedback and will work to make sure failings like this are not the experience my tools produce.
Thank you,

I loved the tool at first but the second time I went to use it the Philips head tip broke off. Again I think it’s an amazing tool concept but since this is supposedly the stronger version I was quite dissatisfied
UPDATE: Thank you for talking with me on the phone, I'm trilled you're loving your M2! A replacment for the Rocket Tool will be on its way!
Thank you for the feedback!
