In-stock items ship within 1 business day, and orders made before 12PM non PST usually ship same day.
Wait-list or back-ordered items may take 1-2 weeks to ship, but every effort to ship as soon as possible will be taken. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If your address is not available in the checkout, please contact us about arranging shipping to your destination.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
WARRANTY - 1 Year
UPKnife warrants all components against defect and premature breakage. Any defect or malfunction will be repaired or replaced to meet our high standards and the product will be returned by a covered shipping method. Wear from normal use is not considered a defect. A blade bent against its flat plane and no longer operates/retracts is not considered a defect, as prying sideways with a blade is never considered an acceptable use of a blade and is also very dangerous if a blade snaps under stress. If this should occur, the knife can be returned for repair, and the blade will be replaced at the user's expense. Please contact us for part pricing if you have need for replacement parts. Please contact us if you have any questions or have an issue with an UPKnife product. An RMA and return shipping slip will be provided within the contiguous United States. Overseas shipping for warranty related returns is not covered at this time. Parts and labor to repair a defect are always covered. If a component is no longer in production, you may be contacted with an offer to replace the component or product with a replacement of comparable value.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
