I served 12 years in the infantry and only saw the bayonets in the arms room, never got issued nor trained with. It’s a lost art. To see the reinvention of the bayonet this way is fucking awesome. I have it mounted on a SBR and I’ve spoken with the owner about fashioning a quick attach/detach somehow that will make it just a bit more modular. For what it is though I think it is an awesome idea and can’t wait to put it through some testing to see how it holds up and what it’s capable of.
